On Bofa Road in County Kilifi between Malindi and Mombasa on the coast of Kenya you can find the Ocean House, right by the Indian Ocean with a private gate to the sea and stunning views of the sea we offer five rooms in a private garden all built or fully renovated in early 2017.
There is a swimming pool and several patios under the roofs where you can have a meal or just enjoy the view and the nice breeze from the sea. Just above the waves from the ocean you can enjoy our gazebo, otherwise you can exit by the private door to the stairs that takes you to the beach and the ocean. When the tide is very high, you might prefer to take a short walk to the beach.
There is a kitchen with a stove with four burners and oven, fridge with freezer, purified cold water and dining area with a fan. There is also an extra kitchen where local fishermen can clean and fillet the fish that you might want to buy.
Manager Philip lives on site with his family and make sure you get the help you want. If you wish, there is also a chef that can prepare delicious food. Philip also has good knowledge of all the activities in the area such as; Safaris, eating out, bird watching, kite surfing, dhow trips etcetera. He is a well educated bar man and is born in the area. The spoken languages are english and swahili.
We have KK security and a wall around the area for your safety as well as a generator and a big underground water tank for your convenience. We also have fire extinguisher in each house and fire alarm in every room.
